Shijun Art 2015 Year in Review


 I am most honored to have been selected as a judge for the GA Atlantic Institute Art & Essay Contest 2015. This years theme: Kindness Without Borders: Open Eyes, Open Hearts in our Global Village   Atlantic Institute Art Contest 2015
 "Joy of Spring" my solo art exhibition at The Gallery, Decatur, GA 2015
 My oil painting "Flying" is chosen by my friend Xiumei Pu for her dissertation  "Ecowomanist Literature and Criticism in the Diaspora" published in the Dissertation Reviews, an on-line journal.

Wildlife Forever State Fish Art Contest Winners 2015.
A big congratulations to the eight Shijun Art Studio students for winning the State Fish art contest 2015.  
 Congratulations to the Shijun Art Studio students who have received semifinalist recognition for their outstanding works of art of endangered species.

Congratulations to all 17 Shijun Art Studio students that have been selected as school winner and county finalists in the Reflections 2015-16 art contest.The theme for this years PTA’s Reflections program is:  "Let your imagination fly"  
 I appreciate the local support from art lovers attending this years Christmas at Callanwolde where I was a top seller. A potion of the proceeds going to the non-profit Callanwolde Arts Center, Atlanta, GA
